For years of operation, JK Arms for charity foundation has provided support to the potential school going children in greater Masaka region.  In our society today education has become a need for one to survive yet the more essential it is, the more expensive it becomes. On the other-hand it is very hard to live a happy free life when one is uneducated in my country’s community, which is more likely to be followed by unemployment the root cause of poverty. Therefore, here at JK Arms for charity we encourage and help parents to provide education to their children. This is done through our go-back-to-school project where we provide school going children with school necessities. These include books, pencils, pens, school bags, mathematical instruments and so many others.

In addition, we also provide lunch dues for the children since most schools in the region do not provide free lunch to learners unless paid for; We believe that hunger affects both physical and mental health of the learners hence it’s in our potential interest that they get what to eat at school. On difficult grounds we also provide school dues and uniforms to these children when need prevails.

However, we are affected with limited donations to ensure an extension of our back-to-school program especially to those children that do not go to school at all due to money failures but would wish to and have cried to us for help.
